Founded in 1994, EMERGENCY has treated over 12 million people in 20 different countries and currently operates in Afghanistan, Eritrea, Iraq, Italy, Moldova, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Uganda, and Yemen.

EMERGENCY Belgium is the Belgian affiliate of EMERGENCY. EMERGENCY Belgium supports EMERGENCY through advocacy, fundraising and networking initiatives, and is the primary office for liaison with the European Union and its associated bodies.
