Founded in 1994, EMERGENCY has treated over 13 million people in 21 different countries and currently operates in Afghanistan, Eritrea, Iraq, Italy, Palestine, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Uganda and Ukraine.

EMERGENCY Belgium is the Belgian affiliate of EMERGENCY. EMERGENCY Belgium supports EMERGENCY through advocacy, fundraising and networking initiatives, and is the primary office for liaison with the European Union and its associated bodies.
